Sunday School Mid-Terms - Sun., February 2nd

Sunday School Mid-Terms will be held on Sunday, February 2nd from 9am to 9:50am.  Please prepare your children and bring them to church on time.

Sunday School Re-Starts January 5th

Sunday School will resume on Sunday, January 5th at 8:45am.  Please make sure to bring your children on time and arrive by 8:45am for the worship and song session. 

Sunday School Mid-Terms will be held on Sunday, February 2nd.  Please mark your calendars and prepare your children for the exam.

Sunday School General Assembly - Sun., November 11th

A Sunday School General Assembly will be held on Sunday, November 11th, after the Holy Qurbana.  This will be an opportunity for our children to share what they learn in their classes as well as discuss the accomplishments and upcoming Sunday School Activities.  The odd numbered classes (Pre-KG, 1, 3, 5, 7 and Intermediate) will make presentations this time.  All students, teachers and parents are requested to attend.

Our children are the greatest gift that God has given us!

Sunday School Begins September 9th @ 8:45am

The 2018-19 Sunday School year will begin on Sunday, September 9th at 8:45am.  All children 3 years and older should be attending our Sunday School.  If you haven't registered your child, please fill out the form below with all the details.  Please remember to bring your children on time.

2018 OVBS, July 20-22

The 2018 OVBS will be held at our church from Friday, July 20 to Sunday, July 22.  Please register your children by using the link below by July 14. We need everyone to register on-time so we can plan and prepare properly. Please make sure to include your child's t-shirt size correctly while you register.  All 10th graders and above will be volunteers so if you would like to help, please contact Mathew Varughese.  All volunteers also need to register so we have full count for materials, t-shirts and food.

Sunday School Final Exam - June 10th @ 8:45am

The Final Exam will take place on Sunday, June 10th at 8:45am.  Parents are kindly requested to prepare their children and bring them on time. Exams will take place from 9-9:50am, so please don't be late.

Great Lent Canned Food Drive - Ends March 31st

The Sunday School is coordinating a food drive for the Orange County Rescue Mission during Great Lent. Please donate any non-perishable canned foods or cereals to church before March 31st. There are boxes setup in the church hall. This is open to anyone that wishes to donate for the poor and needy.

Confession Day - Sat., March 17th @ 3pm

A confession day has been scheduled on Saturday, March 17th at 3pm. All Sunday School students, teachers, MGOCSM and FOCUS members should plan on taking Holy Confession during the Great Lent.  As an Orthodox Christian we are reminded that we should take confession at least once a year. Please make every effort to attend.

Centralized Written Competitions - October 21st

Sunday School Centralized Written Competitions - Sun., October 18th

The schedule for OVBS is as follows:

OVBS - July 31 - August 2

The 2015 OVBS will be held at our church from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2. Please mark your calendars and register your children using the link below.  The fees for OVBS is $25/child which includes materials and a t-shirt. Please make sure to register early and select the t-shirt size for each child so we can order them ahead of time otherwise we won't have it in time. If you would like to sponsor lunch or snacks, please contact Mathew Varughese.

No Sunday School on Palm Sunday and Easter

There will be no classes on Palm Sunday or Easter.  Please bring flowers for Palm Sunday.

There will be an Easter Egg Hunt after the Easter Service for all children up to 7th Grade. We thank Mrs. Susan Mathews for donating and coordinating the Easter Egg Hunt.  Those that would like to help with the egg hunt, please see Susan Mathews.

Sunday School CWC Awards - Sun., Feb 8th
